Zinc Finger Nuclease (ZFN) is a powerful technology for genome modifications in eukaryotes. Besides visualization of target gene structures, the ZFN visualization tool helps users to examine ZFN site sequences, their positions in the target gene, as well as the sequence alignment between ZFN site and target genomic sequence.
